1. Top up your account at a Lotto agent

Visit a Lotto Agent to top up your player account.

For instant top up, present the agent with your player number barcode, or get the top up receipt to complete your top up online.

2. Login and complete your account top up

Log in to your player account, go to My Account > Add Funds to Account or click the Top Up Icon and enter the serial number from the top up receipt given to you by the agent.

The funds are now in your account and available for making ticket purchases.

3. Play

Select your favorite game from the wide variety of games we have to offer.You may also have the option to select a bet amount and the number of draws. Make as many selections as you want.

You can add selections to your cart or use the One Click Buy option to purchase a ticket.

Use the One Click Buy option to purchase tickets as you make your selections.

You can also add selections to your cart, review them, and buy them all at once when you are finished.

5. Claim your prizes!

To claim a prize, go to Claim Prizes and select the individual prizes you want to claim. Cash prize amounts will be deposited into your player account. In your profile, you can choose to have prizes from winning tickets claimed automatically.

You may also take winning tickets to a Lotto Agent to claim prizes. Prizes over $25,000 must be claimed at a Lotto Office.

To withdraw funds from your player account, go to My Account > Cash Withdrawal, and create a withdrawal receipt. Take the receipt to a Lotto Agent to receive the cash.
